The plans right now are to be here through the 3rd week in March.  Our time here has been great with wonderful people to work with.  The guys have been working hard and accomplishing a lot.  The pastor announced Sunday that the RV MAPs workers would probably save them $100,000 in labor costs. We had a wonderful day with them taking in the sights and stopping for lunch and an ice cream on the way back. Ouray was an old mining town which is now a tourist town called "America's Switzerland". The town is located in a box canyon with snow covered mountains and waterfalls surrounding it. They number close to 200. Allan has been doing miscellaneous repairs and serving food at meal time. I have been working in the kitchen. Artis and I made brownies which took 35 pounds of brownie mix. That is a lot of brownies. I don't cook well for 2 people so this is a challenge for me. I have really enjoyed it though. It is tiring. It is cool at night and is beginning to warm up in the day. It is averaging 80/50. The snow is melting in the mountains and is causing some flooding in some areas. We have not had a problem yet. The creek behind our RV gives us such a restful sleep each night. The entrance to the park was not far from where we are staying, but after you get into the park it is 15 miles just to the visitor's center. It was another 9 miles to the next closest site. Allan took two ranger guided tours to the cliff dwellings. One of the goats had triplets a few days ago.  I have not been able to see them other than from a distance.  I did get one picture but you have to use your imagination if you want to see three babies.  The mare just stands over them and keeps an eye on them like they are hers. It needed stitches so we headed to the nearest hospital in Jay, Florida. It was very dry and dusty.  They are harvesting crops and defoliating the cotton which is apparently causing a lot of people to have similar symptoms.  We were parked at the Agri-Center in Memphis while they were having a fall festival with music.  There were thousands of people there. By morning she was climbing her cat food bags trying to get my attention.  She couldn't figure out why I wouldn't feed her.  I had her at the vets by 7:30 and she was ready to be picked up by 1:30. There was a long line of Tiffin motorhomes parked overnight.  Today we took the Tiffin factory tour, guided by a delightful young man named "Red".  He is 83 years old.  We were able to talk to the workers and see the motor homes being built from the ground up. We attended several dance classes for line dancing and cha cha. The first day was exceptionally difficult as we were on open sea and the ship was rocking and rolling. We had time to have breakfast and go through customs before boarding a Princess bus which took us to SEATAC airport.  We then had a limo pick us up and return us to our RV.  It was good to be back although we enjoyed our Alaskan visit greatly.
