As we got things set up at the campground on Saturday it became colder and colder. We decided not to make a trip to Wal Mart that night. Our washer is not spinning good so we knew we would be washing clothes at the campground and opted for 30 amp. We are staying nice and warm. Snug as a bug in a rug. I woke up about daylight on Sunday morning and peeked out the window in hopes to see snow. Nothing. I went back to sleep and the next time I looked out there was snow. Katie was very interested in the snow. We got up and took some pictures before going to church. The snow became almost a blizzard while we were in church. Our area probably got 2-3 inches. It was a good sticking snow so I made a snow woman when we got home. We drove to Yancy's to pick up some things. She did not have much snow. In fact, by the time we got there, most of it had melted. It was good to see her, Scott and Maggie. We went from there to Venus's house. She has adopted a Pekinese dog named Bear. (Our new grand dog). He is a cutie. Allan surveyed the projects he needed to complete at her house and then we drove to Wal Mart.
Today, Monday, I had a doctor's appointment to solidify my surgery schedule. It is scheduled for this Thursday, time undetermined at this point. This will be to clean out my right knee. The doctor thinks it will take about 3 months of physical therapy, which I will do myself, to bring it back to its maximum ability. This surgery will not help much on the arthritis. We have done a few errands and plan a birthday celebration for Josh, Allan and Jeanne tonight at the Olive Garden.
