The weather here in north Florida is pretty chilly. High for the next couple of days is 41, low 18.
It is cold but, hey, it is killing bugs. One of the locals said last year and this year it has been unseasonably cold resulting in a great decrease in mosquitoes and love bugs. God has a purpose for everything.
We were to attend a funeral today well north of Birmingham of Allan's girl's grandmother, but due to ice on the roads we were told to turn back and not come. So we find ourselves back at Berrydale. Allan went to work. Katie is napping on the recliner. She didn't quite understand the short drive that ended back at the trailer, but she was not complaining.
Some of the church ladies are cooking dinner for us tonight before the Wednesday night church service. They bless us with good food every week. We will be going out to the Shrimp Basket in Milton tomorrow night as a group. You see, it is hard to lose weight on these projects, but we sure do enjoy the food and fellowship.
