Back to Stowe and across the road in Killington

Thursday we drove back to the Stowe area to do some hiking. Our first stop was Moss Glenn Falls which there are no signs directing you there. ( A beautiful hidden secret.)

We drove into Stowe for lunch and then headed for Bingham Falls. I was able to hike part of this trail and then walked back UP to the car for a little reading but a nap overcame me quickly until the others finished their hike.

Couldn't talk Ron into walking across the fallen tree.

Did you lose something Pam?

Thought this was a nice shot of this church.

We drove back to Killington and took them to see Thundering Brook Falls. The last time we were there the falls was down to a trickle almost. We were very happy to see the amount had increased considerably.

From there we stopped at Kent Pond which is across the road from our park. The colors are changing everyday.

The guys ran into Killington for a few groceries while we ladies started supper. Allan grilled salmon and halibut. Yummy.
