Wednesday we drove to Ludlow to check out the area where Pam and Ron are staying. The four of us traveled to Weston to the Vermont Country Store and a few other stores nearby. We had lunch there which was good. From Weston we drove through the town of Woodstock, where a farmer's market was going on, and on to Quechee Gorge. This is a beautiful gorge with good trails along the river. We walked to the dam and got more pictures.
We stopped at the Taftsville covered bridge for some pictures.
On our drive back to pick up our truck we ate at an Italian Restaurant, their treat. Thanks Ron and Pam, it was delicious. We had more rain later in the day. More planned for tomorrow.
