Wednesday did arrive. This is a picture of the church building they are using at the present and is for sale.
We said our good byes. We got a late start because we had to go to three different places to try to dump, so we did not make it to Medora, ND.
We camped in Glendive, Mt. While we were there we visited the Dinosaur Museum which had been recommended to us. This is a creation based museum and was very interesting. It explained a lot about the dinosaurs, fossils, rock formations, and erosion of the earth in a more realistic explanation.
On one of our stops Allan took a picture of the modern day migrant worker and his tools. Wheat is being harvested here and these workers will move north as the fields are completed.
It was strange that as we entered North Dakota the land turned much greener. Not sure the reason behind this.
Here are some pictures of the landscape as we drove to Medora, ND. We have hit all the bugs in Montana I am sure with our windshield. You will see that on some of the pictures.
We spent the night at Medora Campground. Katie was happy the drive was a short one. We have neighbors on both sides. One is a family from Saskatchewan, a dad, mom and two girls. We met another family from Saskatchewan the previous night in Glendive, a husband, wife and two fur kids. Our other neighbors here are from Maryland. We just meet the nicest people from all over.
